These Terms & Conditions (“App Terms”) govern your use of the Paiya customer app, through which you may request passenger rides, parcel delivery, and any additional ride or mobility services introduced on the platform in the future.

By creating an account, logging in, or using the Paiya app, you agree to these App Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Paiya is a technology platform that enables users to request transport, parcel, and related mobility services through the app. Service fulfillment may be carried out by rider partners or service providers using the platform.

Paiya may introduce, modify, suspend, or remove service categories, ride types, or app features at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Paiya, you must:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use a valid mobile number and verification process
  • Maintain accurate account details
  • Keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. Booking Requests

When you place a booking request:

  • Paiya will attempt to match you with an available rider or service provider
  • A booking request is not guaranteed until accepted
  • Availability depends on service area, rider supply, operational conditions, and app functionality

4. Fares and Charges

Fares may be calculated using one or more factors such as:

Displayed fares, estimated fares, or final fares may vary based on actual trip conditions and the applicable in-app pricing policy.

Promotions, vouchers, discounts, and referral credits may be subject to limits and expiry, may apply only to eligible users or bookings, and may be withdrawn, revised, or declined if misuse is detected.

5. Cancellations

At launch, Paiya may permit cancellations without customer penalty unless otherwise disclosed in-app. Paiya reserves the right to revise cancellation rules in future, provided such changes are clearly shown in the app or updated policy.

6. Waiting Time

Where applicable, waiting time rules and any waiting-related charges will be determined according to the fare policy shown in-app or in Paiya’s applicable service policy.

7. User Conduct

You must use Paiya lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse riders or support staff
  • Provide false pickup or drop locations
  • Use the service for fraud or unlawful conduct
  • Request transport or delivery of prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or unsafe items
  • Damage a rider’s vehicle or property

Paiya may suspend or terminate your account for misconduct, fraud, safety concerns, or policy violations.

8. Parcel and Delivery Use

For parcel or delivery bookings:

  • You must provide accurate pickup and drop details
  • You must not send illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or unsafe goods (or perishable goods without notice)
  • You are responsible for accurate recipient details and lawful contents

Paiya may refuse or cancel delivery requests involving suspicious, prohibited, or unsafe items.

9. Safety and Service Limitations

Paiya aims to improve access to rides and delivery services, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific rider availability, exact pickup times, or uninterrupted app functionality. Users should use normal caution and immediately report any safety or service concern through official Paiya support.

10. Payments, Refunds, and Adjustments

Paiya may support one or more payment or settlement methods. Any refunds, fare adjustments, or credits remain subject to Paiya’s review of the trip, complaint, or transaction. Paiya may deny refunds or promotional claims where fraud, misuse, or incorrect customer information is involved.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Paiya may suspend, restrict, or terminate a customer account for fraud, abuse or misconduct, repeated misuse of booking services, unsafe behavior, duplicate account abuse, unauthorized promotional use, or legal or operational reasons.

12. Account Deletion

If you create an app account, Paiya provides a way to request account deletion from within the app and through a web-based resource. Requests may require identity verification and some data may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or regulatory compliance.
