Who can use Paiya

Location, pricing, and operations

Location access supports matching, navigation, billing, and safety. Trip fares, rider earnings, and platform fees may change and will be communicated through official channels.

Prohibited conduct and enforcement

You may not use Paiya for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, technical tampering, or unsafe behavior. Accounts may be suspended or removed where violations or safety risks are identified.
